RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – SWISS ACCENT

This policy applies to all purchases made online at the Swiss Accent store (hereinafter "we" / "us").

1) Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order (or the last item received in the case of separate deliveries) to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2) Return Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be new, unworn, unused and unwashed,
• be returned in its original packaging (or packaging offering equivalent protection),
• be returned complete (accessories and any included elements),
• show no signs of wear, odour or deterioration.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in value if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

3) How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the order, stating:

• your first and last name,
• your order number,
• the items concerned,
• the date of receipt,
• your request: refund (and/or exchange if applicable).

You may notify us of your withdrawal:

• via the contact form available on our website, or
• by post to the address indicated in Article 4.

Tip: keep proof of your request (copy of the message / screenshot / letter).

4) Return Address and Procedure

Returns must be sent to the following address (registered office):

Important: Please ensure items are carefully protected (bubble wrap / sturdy packaging). We recommend using tracked shipping. In the event of a lost return parcel, the absence of proof of dispatch and/or delivery may prevent the refund from being processed.

5) Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated or in the event of an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrectly prepared item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6) Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will refund:

• the price of the returned items,
• as well as the standard initial shipping costs (where applicable), excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used at the time of purchase (unless otherwise expressly agreed), within a maximum of 14 days from:

• receipt of the returned items, or
• receipt of proof of return shipment (as applicable).

We may delay the refund until the returned items have been received or until you have provided proof of shipment.

7) Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange (size / colour / model) and this is possible, please contact us by email at info@swissaccent.ch or via the website contact form, specifying your order number and the desired exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund may be offered in accordance with this policy.

8) Claims (Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Prepared Items)

If your parcel arrives damaged, if an item is defective, or if you notice an error in the preparation of your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt of the order:

• by email at info@swissaccent.ch, or
• via the website contact form.

To enable prompt processing, please provide:

• your order number,
• a description of the issue,
• clear photographs (item, defect/damage, packaging and shipping label if necessary).

Depending on the situation, we may offer: replacement, exchange, refund, or any other appropriate solution. Where the claim is justified and attributable to an error on our part, we will cover the return/reshipping costs as communicated.

9) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• personalised / custom-made items,
• gift cards,
• any sealed product that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken,
• any item returned incomplete or damaged due to the customer.
