You have 30 days to return an item unworn and in its original condition for a full refund.

What materials do you use for your bracelets?

Our bracelets are made of rhodium-plated silver and yellow gold-plated silver, ensuring quality and durability.

Are your bracelets hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our bracelets are designed to be hypoallergenic and skin-friendly.

Will my bracelet fit me?

Each bracelet has a unique size that fits any wrist type. If your bracelet does not fit you, send us a photo of your worn bracelet by WhatsApp (+41 79 701 99 03) or by email ( info@swissaccent.ch ), and we will change it for you as soon as possible.

Are the bracelets water resistant?

Yes, the bracelets can withstand fresh shower water. They are in rhodium-plated silver or yellow gold-plated silver. The cord may, however, lose its color if it is worn too regularly when swimming in the sea or in the pool.

The color of the cord does not match what I ordered?

The 3D drawings representing our bracelets are not representative of the actual color of the cord. We always invite you to refer to the photos. If the color of the cord really does not suit you, contact our customer service by WhatsApp (+41 79 701 99 03) or by email ( info@swissaccent.ch ).

Can I lose my bracelet?

No, the knot on your bracelet is tightly tied and burned to ensure its safety. If the end of the knot comes off, you can reattach it by carefully applying a lighter touch. In case of difficulty, you can return the bracelet to us, but this remains very rare.

Our history

“Swiss Accent was born from a passionate union.

When we got married, we already shared more than just a life together: a common vision.

This vision crystallized around Romain's original creations, the SwissFlag bracelet and the GenevaKey, launched in 2017 and have since become essentials, sold by the thousands.

I found these bracelets exceptional, and wanted to put them back in the spotlight.

Our collaboration gave birth to two new designs, the fruit of hard work and a shared passion for Switzerland, our native country.

We wanted to offer much more than just jewelry: an experience, a piece of our Swiss heritage encapsulated in each piece, accessible to all.

Swiss Accent is the story of two creative souls, united in life and in their mission to share a little bit of Switzerland with the world, through jewelry that tells a story, our story."
