• Our chain creations (Bracelets and Necklaces): They are 100% Swiss Made. From the casting of 18-carat gold or silver to the final polishing, everything is carried out by our partner artisans in Switzerland.
• Our cord bracelets: To keep their price accessible without compromising on quality, the motifs are forged in Italy, the historical cradle of jewelry, and hand-assembled in our workshop on a cord purchased in France.

We've designed our jewelry to fit you perfectly:

• For chains: Our bracelets and necklaces feature three distinct adjustment rings. This allows you to adjust the length according to your body shape or your outfit of the day.
• For cords: They are equipped with ultra-resistant sliding knots, allowing for a custom fit for all wrists.

The Swiss Accent experience begins the moment you open it. Each creation is delicately placed in its protective case, signed by our Workshop, and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

Absolutely! Your jewelry is designed to evolve with you. If you wish to change your style for a new season, or simply refresh a cord worn out by your many adventures, we offer a replacement service. You just need to send us your jewelry and our workshop will take care of restringing it.

925 sterling silver (or solid silver) is a jewelry standard. For our collections, we add a final finishing step: rhodium plating. This involves covering the jewelry with a thin layer of rhodium (a rare and precious metal from the platinum family). This gives it an exceptional mirror-like shine and durably protects it from natural oxidation.

Yes, our jewelry is designed to be worn every day.

• 18K Gold: It is unalterable. You can wear it in the shower, at the pool, or in the lake without any fear.
• 950‰ Platinum: It is the noblest and most resistant of our metals. Stainless, hypoallergenic, it withstands water, sports, and daily life without ever deteriorating. It can be worn permanently, without restriction.
• Rhodium-plated Sterling Silver: It resists clear water very well, but we advise you to avoid direct perfumes or highly sulfured thermal waters to preserve its shine.
• Technical cords: They are designed to resist water and daily adventures.

We have absolute confidence in the quality of our creations. All our jewelry benefits from a lifetime warranty against any design or manufacturing defect (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or natural oxidation of silver). If your jewelry has a defect, write to us: we will always find a solution for you.

Silver is a noble metal that lives and develops a patina over time; this is entirely natural. A simple cleaning with a soft chamois cloth is often enough to restore its shine. If after several years your jewel needs a complete refurbishment (polishing and rhodium plating), our workshop offers this service so that your icon can accompany you forever.

Our anchor chains are selected for their everyday strength. However, a sudden snag with clothing or a doorknob can always happen. Don't worry: life goes on! Our Geneva workshop offers a welding and repair service to bring your jewelry back to life. Simply write to us via our Contact page.

We prepare each order with love from Geneva.
Deliveries within Switzerland are free and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. For international orders, please allow 5 to 7 days depending on the destination.

Of course. If you're not completely satisfied or wish to exchange for a different model, you have 14 days after receipt to return your creation to us. The jewelry must simply be returned to us new, unworn, and in its original box. Write to us via our Contact page, and we will guide you step-by-step through the return process.

Rest assured, no invoice with the price is included in our packages. The unboxing experience is designed to be an exceptional moment. Moreover, do not hesitate to leave us a short message when validating your cart: we will write it for you and include it with the order.

As soon as your creation is prepared and leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to follow the journey of your jewel, from Geneva to your home, step by step.

Our silver cord bracelets are designed in Geneva, their central piece is hand forged by our partner master artisans, and every bracelet is assembled and inspected in our Geneva workshop.
